We are pleased to announce that the ambitious project of the reconstruction and change of use of the Papastratos ex tobacco industrial facilities has received another certification.

In particular, Piraeus Port Plaza 3 project, the parking structure known as Building C has received “green” certification from GBCI (Green Business Certification, Inc), the Parksmart Bronze Certification.

Οur adherence to the philosophy of sustainability and creating bioclimatic buildings has developed a parking facility that improves the environmental footprint, reduces operational costs, increases energy efficiency, and provides better lighting and ventilation. Parksmart is a unique rating system in the world that is designed to promote sustainable design and operation of parking structures. At Dimand, we believe that with the development and adoption of smart technologies in all of our projects, we can create new models of urban mobility for “smart cities” in the future.

This distinction confirms, once again, the strategy of our company to remain oriented towards the adoption of best practices in the development and reconstruction of buildings, in order to ensure safe and sustainable working and living conditions.
