The building to be constructed at the intersection of Haidariou, Fokionos, and Papastratou streets will be surrounded by extensive green spaces and a square, covering a total area of 3,000 square meters. These areas will be accessible to the public, along with the sports facilities spanning 1,500 square meters, planned for an adjacent plot, aiming to ensure the 24-hour operation of the area.

The new architectural complex will consist of a basement, ground floor, and five floors, arranged in a Π-shaped layout with a gradual elevation of the floors, creating an internal uncovered space that unifies the individual uses. Simultaneously, transparent passages will be created in parts of the complex. Access to the complex will be from Fokionos and Papastratou streets, and for the better functioning and service of the complex, a new internal road with controlled access will be constructed for the entry, exit, and parking of transportation vehicles and vehicles of the Hellenic Police, at the boundary of the plot towards Methonis Street.
