The new office complex is located in the heart of the business center of Maroussi and consists of two identical four-story buildings in an elliptical shape. An open green space develops between the buildings, serving as a hub for social and recreational activities as well as a relaxation area for employees. Special care has been taken for lighting and ventilation in all workspaces, and emphasis has also been placed on the acoustic study to achieve ideal indoor conditions. The complex, which houses the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has a total area of 24,941 square meters and is set to be certified according to international LEED and WELL standards, as it will meet all sustainability requirements.
