A section of the former American Base in Gournes is set to be transformed into a vibrant hub for commercial and tourism activities, on a site covering approximately 345,000 sq.m. The project will revitalize the area while preserving its unique character. Commercial uses will have a buildable area of 10,195 sq.m., whereas tourism-related uses will reach 46,059 sq.m., offering significant opportunities for economic and social development.
