This time, Agemar was awarded a special mention by the Hellenic Institute of Architecture, as part of the “Architecture Award 2022” award ceremony.

Out of the 97 entries submitted to the competition of the Hellenic Institute of Architecture entitled “EIA Architecture Award 2022”, for architectural projects located in Greece and were completed in the period 2017‐2022, eleven presets stood out. Among them is the emblematic building of Agemar in Kallithea, which “hosts” the headquarters of the Angelikoussis Group. The building, constructed by DIMAND, is the first office complex in Greece to receive the highest certification of the USGBC international rating system, LEED Platinum. It is worth noting that the final judgment of the projects to be awarded is not simply based on photographic material, but presupposes their close recognition, ensures the formation of a global and complete view of them, focusing on the essential spatial experience of the building.
