Building A of the Syggrou Office Complex, which now houses the insurance company Generali, recently acquired the highest sustainability certification for buildings, LEED Platinum. This is an iconic property that has been transformed into a modern, bioclimatic and high-standard office space. This certification confirms our effort to regenerate and upgrade the building stock with the aim of creating the cities we want to live in.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widespread system for assessing sustainable buildings in the world. It is applied to almost all types of properties to provide a framework for high-performance green buildings that also aim to save costs for the user. The globally recognized certification has been developed by the US Green Building Council to change the way buildings are designed, constructed and operated, with the aim of decarbonization, full electrification of constructions, green financing, zero carbon footprint, resilience, ESG, and human health.
