The award ceremony for the fifth edition of THE PLAN Real Estate Award was held on Tuesday, January 27, in Milan. The internationally acclaimed competition honors the most significant Real Estate projects that are either ongoing or have been completed in the past three years.

FIX received an Honorable Mention in the Urban Regeneration category, reaffirming its significance as an urban renewal project. The award was accepted by Maria Toutoudaki, Head of Marketing & Communications at DIMAND, who attended the event representing the company.

The Urban Regeneration category highlighted projects with the potential to transform complex areas into new, inclusive urban centers, through the adaptive reuse of existing heritage and the creation of high-quality public spaces.

The event brought together developers, investors, designers and institutional representatives to discuss issues related to urban regeneration, sustainability, and innovation in the Real Estate sector.

The finalists, selected from over 70 international entries, were evaluated by a multidisciplinary jury.

With the conclusion of its fifth edition, THE PLAN Real Estate Award reinforces its position as a benchmark for tracking developments in the Real Estate sector, highlighting projects that approach property development as a key tool for sustainable urban progress.
