A property owned by the Technical Chamber of Greece will be developed through a land-for-development agreement into a modern office complex. The project, on a 9,066.86 sq.m. plot, will feature two distinct buildings with shared underground parking spanning two basements. The complex will also include technical and auxiliary spaces, a 200-seat multipurpose amphitheater for conferences and events, and a library of at least 180 m², with a gym also planned.
