The landmark property at the corner of Korai and Stadiou streets, is being transformed into a modern, green mixed-use building. The property has a total area of approximately 15,000 sq.m., of which more than 9,000 sq.m. will house the central administrative units of Piraeus Bank. At the same time, about 3,000 sq.m. will accommodate retail stores and dining venues within the “Korai” arcade, contributing to the creation of a new commercial and leisure hub in the heart of Athens.
