HUB 26 was conceived from the outset with a strong focus on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and seamless integration into the urban landscape. The project’s goal was to create a workplace that combines the principles of bioclimatic design with enhanced user well-being and meaningful engagement with the local community.

Particular emphasis was placed on preserving biodiversity, managing natural resources such as water responsibly, and minimizing the environmental footprint throughout both the design and construction phases. Materials were carefully selected based on strict environmental and quality standards, while the overall development strategy was guided by the principles of circular economy and energy efficiency.
