in.clude is an organization that promotes equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace through consulting services and educational programs.

On February 10th, as part of the #includetalks activities, an event organized by in.clude took place focusing on accessibility in businesses. The event featured the Head of CSR & Procurement, Ms. Vicky Anagnostopoulou, who contributed to the discussion on shaping more inclusive and accessible workplace environments.

The discussion focused on physical and digital accessibility and on the ways businesses can ensure equal access to goods, services, and opportunities. More than 40 executives participated in the event, which was supported by DIMAND. The company was represented by Ms. Vicky Anagnostopoulou, who took part in a panel discussion titled “Tools and Best Practices for a More Accessible Workplace Environment”.

Ms. Vicky Anagnostopoulou highlighted, among other points, that the principle of equal access is not merely a best practice, but a fundamental obligation for every modern business. At the same time, she underlined that accessibility is not limited to appropriate infrastructure and technical adjustments; rather, it requires the systematic cultivation of a mentality of respect, empathy, and acceptance toward every individual.

Alongside her, legal professionals and market executives took part in the discussion, highlighting the role of the legal framework, organizational culture, and cross-sector collaboration in implementing accessibility practices. The discussion was moderated by Stella Kasdagli, co-founder of WHEN / in.clude.
