The new office complex is located in the heart of the business center of Maroussi and consists of two identical four-story buildings in an elliptical shape. An open green space develops between the buildings, serving as a hub for social and recreational activities as well as a relaxation area for employees. Special care has been taken for lighting and ventilation in all workspaces, and emphasis has also been placed on the acoustic study to achieve ideal indoor conditions. The complex, which houses the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has a total area of 24,941 square meters and it has been certified according to the international LEED Gold standard, while it is also set to be certified with WELL, as it meets all sustainability requirements.

DIMAND S.A. undertook the design and development of the Kaizen Gaming new office building in Maroussi, Attica. A new, state-of-the-art 3-storey building with 3 wings. Its basement houses parking spaces as well as other main and auxiliary spaces.
Kaizen Campus has been certified according to the international sustainable building certification system LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) at the GOLD level.
Neratziotissa Office Complex
The building office complex of a 4,400 sq.m. total area consists of two independent buildings of 780 sq.m. and two single underground parking lots with a capacity of 136 spaces.
It is noted that the building has received LEED Gold certification and also achieved the WELL Health–Safety rating for Facility Operations and Management.
