At the Piraeus Tower, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks and a striking example of urban regeneration, Dimitris Andriopoulos met with journalist Marion Mihelidaki for an in-depth interview on her show, “My Story,” on mononews.

Taking as a starting point a project that embodies DIMAND’s philosophy, Dimitris Andriopoulos spoke openly about his professional and personal journey, the challenges he has faced, the decisions that shaped his path, as well as his vision for cities and the Real Estate market.

Risk has been an integral part of this journey, always approached with moderation and careful consideration. “I like risk, but measured and calculated risk,” he notes, while acknowledging that, at times, impulsiveness has led to mistakes—mistakes that nevertheless became part of his journey and personal growth.

He also spoke about DIMAND’s new venture into social housing, with the aim of contributing, through its expertise and modern development solutions, to the design and delivery of homes exclusively for rent at affordable rates. An initiative that seeks to address one of the most pressing challenges facing cities and society today.
