HUB 26 stood out for its contemporary architectural identity, with the arches as a defining feature, drawing inspiration from the area’s industrial heritage and the city’s urban landscape. Special recognition was given to the project’s functional excellence and the smooth transition from public to semi-public space, the street – level arcade, as well as to the unique color gradation of the façades, which makes the building a point of reference for passerby.
