HUB 26 sets the foundation for a new era at the Western Entrance of Thessaloniki, opening the door for growth and renewal. This modern green office complex has attracted internationally renowned tenants, such as Nasdaq-listed TaskUs, a leading provider of next-generation digital services and customer experience. Starting in the spring of 2025, the business park will also house the new offices of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank in a privately-owned autonomous building. Other leading financial institutions, such as Alpha Bank and Piraeus, will also establish their new headquarters there.
The event, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and moderated by ERT3 journalist Ms. Cynthia Sapika, featured greetings from the Minister of Development, Mr. Takis Theodorikakos, representing the Prime Minister; the Deputy Regional Governor for Digital Governance of the Region of Central Macedonia, Mr. Nikos Tzollas, representing Mr. Apostolos Tzitzikostas; the Mayor of Thessaloniki, Mr. Stelios Aggeloudis; His Eminence, Metropolitan Barnabas of Neapolis and Stavroupolis; and the CEO of OURANIA S.A. and DIMAND Group, Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos.
The inauguration ceremony concluded with musical performances by Irene Skylakaki.
