The legendary MINION department store, near Omonia Square, which remained unused for nearly three decades, has been transformed into a modern, sustainable mixed-use building housing offices and a retail store, while within the same complex residential units are planned with the goal of bringing permanent residents back to the center of Athens. The new MINION forms part of the redevelopment projects carried out by DIMAND Group around Omonia Square.
