The property is located within the HUB 26 complex, the first large-scale bioclimatic business park in Northern Greece, and is developed as a standalone, privately owned building that houses the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank. It is a green five-story building with a total surface area of 5,170 sq.m., which is aiming for LEED Gold certification. The design also includes a private courtyard of 400 sq.m. to promote the well-being and comfort of employees.
