The brownfield site of former Athenian Paper Industry will be developed into a mixed-use project at the area of Votanikos. The aim is to create a complex functioning as a hub of business activity in the city center, combining extensive green spaces and modern infrastructure, thus creating an integrated ecosystem for residents and visitors alike. The investment is implemented with support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility – Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
