On a site spanning approximately 50,000 sq.m., eight buildings with a total gross floor area of 63,000 sq.m. are being developed. The project will accommodate modern office spaces alongside complementary uses, creating a new business destination in the heart of Athens. It also incorporates extensive landscaped green areas and high-specification infrastructure, contributing to the regeneration and enhancement of the wider area.

The investment is implemented with support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility – Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
