The historical former Moreas Hotel in Patras was redeveloped to operate as a Moxy Patra Marina Hotel by Marriott International. The seven-storey building, which consists of 4500 sqm of superstructure and 650 sqm basement, opened its doors on April 2019.
The seafront hotel features 116 efficient rooms with lively public spaces, an outdoor swimming pool and a rooftop tapas bar with views to the marina.
Dimand has undertaken the full development management, including the concept design, design and construction management, cost control, financing and pre-opening management.
DIMAND has been appointed with the development of the new logistics centre in Patras and the regional headquarters (Southern Greece) of ALDI Hellas, in cooperation with the designers (ATP, ARCH LAB, TTA, LDK, Karanasios & Co).
The services include Design Management, Project Management, Quality Control, Invoice Verification, Permit Management (building and operation permits) and Subsidies Management.
The project includes storage areas of different temperatures suitable for full product line, staff facilities, plant rooms, the regional headquarters (Southern Greece), as well as parking areas. Special requirements of the project were the construction of a continuous storage space divided solely by fire curtains for faster distribution of goods, the revision of the land use plan with unification of three plots and the provisions for future extension of the office and the storage areas.
