DIMAND as a pioneer company in Real Estate Development and in the green certification of its projects, after the ESG report and aiming to strengthen its position in the Sustainable Real Estate Development industry, is one of few companies in Greece that adopted the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) standard, receiving very good distinctions.

We are proud of the distinction ‘Green Star’, and the score of 70% in the overall evaluation with 17/30 and 53/70 in the Management and Development categories, respectively.

Another highlight element for DIMAND is the ESG breakdown at score level. In the category Environment with an evaluation of 38/51, in the category Social with 16/26 and in the category Governance 16/24.

It is a great honor that the continuous improvement and upgrading of our services is recognized and we ‘re among the companies that use GRESB data worldwide. GRESB data is now used by 170 institutional and financial investors with more than USD 51 trillion in assets under management.
