For yet another year, DIMAND will participate in MIPIM, the world’s leading international real estate exhibition, to be held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes from 9 to 13 March 2026.

As part of this year’s event, DIMAND will be present at the Greek Pavilion (Riviera 7 – Β3), as a member of the national delegation coordinated by Enterprise Greece. The company will showcase its strategies in urban regeneration and the development of sustainable, high-quality projects, actively contributing to the international dialogue on the future of cities and emerging trends in the Real Estate market.

On Tuesday, 10th March 2026, at 11:00 (Riviera 7 – A1) the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Anna Chalkiadaki, and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Olga Itsiou, will participate in a discussion panel entitled “Urban Regeneration – A 360° Perspective.” They will be joined by Ms. Jette Cathrin Hopp, Director of Acquisition and Business Development at Snøhetta, with the discussion moderated by Mr. Vlaho Kojakovic, Director, Real Estate at the EBRD.

The discussion will focus on a holistic approach to urban regeneration, addressing financial, architectural, social and environmental dimensions, as well as the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of modern cities.

On Thursday, 12th March 2026, at 12:00 (Riviera 7 – A1), Mr. Nikos Dimtsas, Deputy CEO of the DIMAND Group, will participate in a panel discussion titled “Investing in Greece 2026+: Capital Flows, Real Estate Opportunities & Strategic Transformation.”

The discussion will also feature Mr. Ioannis Gkanos, CEO of Alpha Real Estate Services, Dr. Marinos Giannopoulos, CEO of Enterprise Greece, and Mr. Ahmad Hariri, Partner at Valpre Capital. The session will be moderated by Mr. Dimitris Manousakis, Head of Kentriki – Savills Hellas. The panel will focus on the prospects of the Greek real estate market, investment flows, and the country’s strategic transformation within the international investment landscape
