Cambas Project

The main development extends across three urban blocks with a total area of approximately 157,000 sq.m., with a total permitted gross floor area of 90,000 sq.m., excluding underground support spaces.

The principal use is office space, including the necessary ancillary functions, totaling approximately 80,000 sq.m. The development includes five modern office buildings designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and user well-being, targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications, thereby confirming high standards of environmental performance, energy efficiency, and indoor environmental quality.

At the same time, the project provides for the creation of retail units, dining and leisure spaces, and cultural facilities, including a Wine Museum and exhibition areas, as well as hospitality spaces in the form of a boutique hotel.

The overall redevelopment places particular emphasis on the quality of public space and the natural landscape, with the creation of extensive shared green areas, organic vineyards, as well as sports and day-recreation facilities, developed across an area of approximately 143,000 sq.m. At the same time, it highlights the historical identity of the site, creating an open, sustainable, and people-centered destination.

Korai 4

The landmark property at the corner of Korai and Stadiou streets, is being transformed into a modern, green mixed-use building. The property has a total area of approximately 15,000 sq.m., of which more than 9,000 sq.m. will house the central administrative units of Piraeus Bank. At the same time, about 3,000 sq.m. will accommodate retail stores and dining venues within the “Korai” arcade, contributing to the creation of a new commercial and leisure hub in the heart of Athens.

Property owned by the Technical Chamber of Greece

A property owned by the Technical Chamber of Greece will be developed through a land-for-development agreement into a modern office complex. The project, on a 9,066.86 sq.m. plot, will feature two distinct buildings with shared underground parking spanning two basements. The complex will also include technical and auxiliary spaces, a 200-seat multipurpose amphitheater for conferences and events, and a library of at least 180 sq.m., with a gym also planned.

Patissia Office

The former educational premises of the Hellenic Management Association have been converted into an office building with a basement parking for 77 vehicles, now housing the new facilities of the Hellenic Post.

Votanikos Business Park

The brownfield site of former Athenian Paper Industry will be developed into a mixed-use project at the area of Votanikos. The aim is to create a complex functioning as a hub of business activity in the city center, combining extensive green spaces and modern infrastructure, thus creating an integrated ecosystem for residents and visitors alike. The investment is implemented with support from the Recovery and Resilience Facility – Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

 

MINION

The legendary MINION department store, near Omonia Square, which remained unused for nearly three decades, has been transformed into a modern, sustainable mixed-use building housing offices and a retail store, while within the same complex residential units are planned with the goal of bringing permanent residents back to the center of Athens. The new MINION forms part of the redevelopment projects carried out by DIMAND Group around Omonia Square.

Syggrou Office Complex

Development of a new-built office complex facing the prominent Syggrou Ave., connecting the Athens city center with the Attica seafront.

Allwyn Arena

The privately financed sports venue includes a new 31.500 seat football stadium of FIFA / UEFA standards, a Hellenic Refugees Museum and the team’s Museum. The project is combined with a regeneration program of the surrounding park & urban areas.

Moxy Athens City

The Moxy Athens City is housed in the iconic Sarogleio Megaron, a former courthouse that had long been abandoned and has now been transformed into a contemporary 10,081 sq.m. hotel. As part of Marriott International’s playful Moxy Hotels collection, it is the first hotel in Greece to achieve LEED Gold certification, showcasing a strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. The hotel overlooks Omonia square and offers views to the Acropolis and Lycabettus hills.

Agemar HQs

The Angelicoussis shipping company’s new headquarters are developed on a 6,420 sq.m. plot in Kallithea, Athens. The development consists of office space with four basement levels and is the first office building in Greece to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
