DIMAND started its activity in the field of project management services and network development

Our company enters the field of real estate development and undertook the first project. The development of a modern, green office building complex in Tavros.

We undertook the development of the Karela office building complex. KARELA OFFICE PARK is our first building to receive LEED certification for its sustainability principles.

We undertook the construction of the new AEK Stadium in N. Philadelphia, at the same place where the old stadium of the ‘Nikos Goumas’ team was located. We are creating a state-of-the-art football stadium, suitable for finals of international and European competitions.

We proceeded with the development of the office building complex of Neratziotissa, which came to be the headquarters of our company. A green building that meets the criteria of sustainability, which we represent in all of our projects.

We started the development of the former Papastratos SA industrial facilities. We created the Piraeus Port Plaza, a state-of-the-art building complex, contributing to the regeneration of the St. Dionysios area and the transformation of the port of Piraeus.

Strategic partnership with EBRD for the joint development of real estate in the context of sustainable development.

We play a leading role in the renovation of the center of Athens through the development of the Moxy Athens City hotel. The new hotel will be created after a radical reconstruction of the Saroglio Megaron and we aspire to breathe new life to the area.

We created another modern office building complex, utilizing one of the most historic buildings that housed newspapers in Greece: the former building of ‘Eleftherotypia’ in Neos Kosmos. After its development, the building is upgraded to a sustainable space that is LEED-certified.

We undertook the development of the Piraeus Tower in collaboration with EBDR and PRODEA Investments. Our goal is to transform the landmark building into a standard sustainable building for offices, as well as  commercial and residential spaces.

We acquired the landmark property MINION and we proceed to its complete reconstruction. It may not be a department store again, but in its place we will create a modern, sustainable office and commercial building, which will respect its history, natural environment and visitors.

Since Wednesday, July 6, our company’s shares are traded on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange.
